For oral piercings that are healed, do you usually suggest a larger or smaller flat back?
Whichever is more comfortable. I’m wearing 5mm disks on the inside of mine. Mine are also stretched a little bit so if I put a 3mm disk on there, I could just pull that right through my lip.
